Head tag is found on the Custom HTML. Mosty, it is located after the meta tags :)

Sa mga di po alam ung head.. Punta po kayo sa Profile ng tumblr nyo, Then click Customize , "Theme" Tab. Then kung may header or credits na nilagay ung creator ng theme nyo. (ex.)
